Naishadh Purani began his media career as a radio jockey on a popular FM channel, where he broke the grain of mainstream broadcasting to curate and create content in the Gujarati Language. In his current role as Programming Head of India's first Gujarati music & podcast app, Mr Purani has been recognized as an industry stalwart who has been pivotal in the revival of the art of Gujarati storytelling. An experienced playwright and successful lyricist, Mr Purani has produced, compered and scripted over countless programmes and written many stories and songs since the year 2002. A popular mentor, he serves as visiting faculty for several leading education institutes, including the Gujarat University and NIMCJ.
